I am a trainer from Poland. I have only been playing since 2013 and I was able to get club notes of nearly 70. I play in the 4th league but I have a very young team so I plan to advance to the 3rd and 2nd league in the next seasons. I focus on systematic improvement of skills and not accumulating cash and buying the composition.
Representative experience:
I am currently leading Ukraine. I got the best elimination result from 4 rounds of elimination (17 points) even though I didn't have a season with preparation sparrings. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian team is quite weak and has little development opportunities - very few young players at a high level.
In the sparring season I would like to try out as many tactics and players as possible. I don't bet on results in sparrings. I like playing with stronger rivals - only such tests give a real picture of the tactic or player.
I prefer different types of tactics. I adapt it to the rival I have to face and the players I have.
I have a plus so I have a lot of possibilities to test tactics in arcade meetings.
Peru has a lot of potential and a lot of interesting players. I would like to bring you to the top again!

Soy un entrenador de Polonia. Solo he estado jugando desde 2013 y pude obtener notas del club de casi 70. Juego en la 4ta liga pero tengo un equipo muy joven, así que planeo avanzar a la 3ra y 2da liga en las próximas temporadas. Me concentro en la mejora sistemática de las habilidades y no en acumular efectivo y comprar la composición.
Experiencia representativa:
Actualmente estoy liderando Ucrania. Obtuve el mejor resultado de eliminación de 4 rondas de eliminación (17 puntos) a pesar de que no tuve una temporada con enfrentamientos de preparación. Desafortunadamente, el equipo ucraniano es bastante débil y tiene pocas oportunidades de desarrollo: muy pocos jugadores jóvenes de alto nivel.
En la temporada de entrenamiento me gustaría probar tantas tácticas y jugadores como sea posible. No apuesto a resultados en enfrentamientos. Me gusta jugar con rivales más fuertes, solo esas pruebas dan una imagen real de la táctica o del jugador.
Prefiero diferentes tipos de tácticas. Lo adapto al rival que tengo que enfrentar y a los jugadores que tengo.
Tengo una ventaja, así que tengo muchas posibilidades de probar tácticas en las reuniones de arcade.
Perú tiene mucho potencial y muchos jugadores interesantes. ¡Me gustaría llevarte a la cima de nuevo!
