I wrote on Peru NT forum, but looks like here is the right place.
Good afternoon, I would like to candidate for NT coach of U21 Perú. In short about my experiense:
1) NT Īrān – 3 seasons; team building from scratch.
2) NT Nippon – 4 seasons; the rank is not so much important but 4 seasons:
a. Start carier: poz. 89 rank 285.04
b. End carier: poz. 84 (+5) rank 659.41(+374.37)
3) NT Israel U21 – 7 seasons;
a. Winner of [U21] Asian Cup U21 || IV editio [https://sokker.org/forum_topic/ID_forum/1259/ID_topic/3498257/pg/1]
b. Draw with Brasil (top1), Draw with Italy (top 8)
c. Promotion to WC NT Israel U21 (50 place In ranking – still only one team from Asia In Worl Cup ever)
And all what I can promise, it will be my full engagement to lead NT U21 players!

1. Collecting all U21 Peru players – now it is much easier, in previous representations I sent on sk@ request for skills, Anyone who has led the national team in previous seasons knows that it was not easy. But despite on this in all representations what I have lead i knew skills more than 95% of U21 pleyers.

2. Awans to Worl Cup. Following group A:
Magyarország U21
The main oponent in elimination, very powerfull squad – and looking that Krisztiano will continue the cadention unfortunately, it increases the advantage over Peru
Ecuador U21
although it is rated lower, it should not be underestimated. He also has a good team, so good tactics can be useful in the competition. In my opinion with Ecuador we will fight for second place.
Latvija U21
Probably user tyfn1914 will be elected again – now its hard to assess this rep. because not completed all powerful players.
República Dominicana U21 and Īrān U21
they do not pose much of a threat, but knowing the sokker for each match you have to prepare. It is in this type of matches that there are most often surprises (while playing weaker teams I used such moments for promotion)

I'll mark it again, first gathering all the top players, then tactics tailored to them and then fighting for WC!

In addition just to support my commitment, I take an active part in U21 tournaments (a new edition is currently underway, which I gave up) so the U21 environment is no stranger to me.

Looking for current suqad:

GK 2
DEF 8
MID 5
ATT 5
REZ 1

you can see that there is a standard problem of missing mids, nothing new, but considering my analysis so far number of players from Peru which I have marked, with potencial to be in team, :

21 years = 50
20 years = 51
19 years = 35
18 years = 11 pleyers

I will be able to perform further detailed analysis when I am a selector and I get the right to apply for players' skills, untill now its all what I can do.

el dibujo es una tabla que muestra mi participacion en torneos, pero tienes razon, me parece innecesario por el momento.

Vi que quieres mantener el ranking a toda costa, incluso a costa de la promoción. También es posible, pero requiere mucho análisis postelectoral para encontrar equipos débiles de alto rango.

Clasificar a la WC es obligatorio, más aún con el Grupo que tenemos. Y ojo, si me leen hermanos de Ecuador, no estoy subestimando su nivel. Me refiero a que hemos obtenido buenos resultados en condiciones iniciales más complicadas.
A la par, mantener el Ranking también es mandatorio.

También es posible, pero requiere mucho análisis postelectoral para encontrar equipos débiles de alto rango.
Si tu intención es dirigir la U21, tiene que tener ya en mente unos 10 Equipos para pactar amistosos. No puedes esperar los resultados para recién buscar...

Por supuesto, me refiero a algunos equipos, por ejemplo, Eesti U21 y , pero actualmente la única fecha libre para un partido amistoso esta temporada es la semana 8.
