Good evening everyone, I am your candidate selection u21, have a grand experience of u21 teams,I coach NT Portugal(2 season), Portugal u21 (5 season),Russia u21(scout,1 season) and Peru u21(scout,2 season).

My first season QWC and friendly u20(preparing players for the WC),second season try to make a good WC and preparing team prepare for the future.

there is a long way to making, this team has no experience and routines.

We start at a disadvantage compared to others, but with a good tactical system can balance the lack of routines, because at this age is important the experience and tactics routines.

This group is goog,England the coach did a good job,Makedonija the coach is very experiente e good coach and Kypros is a good team,but SRBIJA is grand candidat a first posicion.

In Portugal we have coaches who are training Portuguese players.

2 or 3 coach training-goolkepper
3 or 4 coach training-defender
2 ou 3 coach training-mid( I training mid,see my time)
3 or 4 coach training-striker

good idea, but have no luck at school junior,it´s very important school juniors.

for me a very important thing is when a junior leaves and we don´t train him, its best to sell him,for others to train him.
