Hi all, my real name is Robert and I live in Poznań. I am 18 years-old (finally I can drive the car YEAHH) and I'm attending the last year (out of 5) of Scientific Lyceum (high school).

1.I’m the candidate for El Salvador manager.
*I know games like this, because in different game [ht:P] I’ve team in 3th division.(Polish leagues are very very strong)
*The community of in El Salvador sokker isn't very big, after one season you have only 22 members, but you make good training and you are good coaches.
*I’ve been playing Sokker since 2004-12-29 , so I have a great experience in the game.
*Sometime I played one season in IV.55
*In this season I have come for 5 round in Polish Cup

4. What about tactics?

I tend to always play to the strength of my team and factor in the opponent before deciding which tactic to use. I have primarily used 3 different tactics in the past season, each of which suit different teams in different ways depending on what their strengths are.

In addition, sometimes choosing the right players is as good as making a spot on tactic. Sometimes the best players can not all be fitted into the team and are under utilised in tactics where their role does not make use of their skills.

The English is a universal tongue therefore there would certainly be no problems with the communication...

pero no todos sabmos ingles,, asi que toca manejar el español como lengua de el salvador

My assistant well would know your tongue and English, I can't see the problem.
