Introduction
Hello :) My Spanish is poor, so I write this all in English version ;) I decided to start on this competition, because I like new challenge and work in El Salvador NT will be something interesting... You know that be a nation manager is not easy... This is hard work... You must spend more time to select the best players, to make a good tactic etc... But the best sokker manager can't do this all alone. So the most important things will be our team-work. I hope, that we will help me...
About me :)
I think that most important things for you is a learn sokker life... I will help you... I start sokker trip 2 years ago ... I know a lot about sokker, but I still learn, and be a El Salvador Nation will help me in my sokker education... I was name one of the fastest developing manager in Polish sokker some time ago!! I help Polish new manager and I think I'm good at this... From Polish lowest league only two teams ( Smugi and BAT21 Katowice) play now in Polish 4 league, and I help this both users from the beginning...I was a scout in Polish NT... I help Tony Halik when he was my NT manager!!
El Salvador NT
New season is for El Salvador NT qualification to World Cup... We play in Group H and some friendly match... We have very good rivals, so this is a great chance to learn sokker!! So let's the lesson begin together :)
Selection
Good selection - this is one of the most important thing... In my El Salvador NT not only the best players!! But the most talented too... Young players is a future of El Salvador NT, so they must developing...
Our team-work
My main task will be developing ESNT (El Salvador Nation Team)... But you must help me in this... If only that will be possible on friendly matches you will make a tactic for ESNT!! And I will only correct them, if it will be necessary :) I promise that I will take your opinion about ESNT into consideration... You can depend on it!! It will be great if our team-work will be continue for a long time!!
