Do you lose training if you have zero attackers - 5 defs and 5 mids? In the rules it only mentions maximum limits not minimum ones so I'm hoping.......

if you ever get worried you've made a boo-boo, set your training to stamina and you'll get that whatever formation - as long as you played a game......

This skill trains the quickest. All players in the team train it irrespective whether they were playing in the team that week or not

You don't even need to fart about with formations. You could still have two up top with one set to defend and the other in midfield.

It may look comical, but you'd still get the training.
