Do players have a cap on a skill? For example can a player on reach good in a skill and go no higher. I'm not talking about the stamina cap btw.
Nope, everyone can get to Divine. However all players have different talent, so might take a really long time to increase each level.
The worst talented players will probably never reach divine though.
Yup, So basically every player can "in theory" get to Divine+0.999 in all skills except for stamina which is formidable.
However as all players are born with a built in age, and talent level, some players may be born in Junior schools without the initial skills & age/talent combination to reach divine.
