Adam Tupczyński, age: 41,
wage: 7 920 £ country: Polska
very good coach

Training effectiveness:
excellent of stamina, hopeless of keeper
unearthly of pace, tragic of defender
solid of technique, excellent of playmaker
very good of passing, unearthly of striker

I have just bought the above coach for £14k. I am currently training pace with this guy:

Valeriu Negreanu, age: 46,
wage: 5 490 £
club: Armitage Shanks, country: România
solid coach

Training effectiveness:
tragic of stamina, average of keeper
unearthly of pace, formidable of defender
poor of technique, good of playmaker
formidable of passing, outstanding of striker

Do i:

a > move him in to my assistants until i switch to striker training (i currently have 3 good assistants) and keep the coach i have.

b > sign him now and sack my current head coach

c > other advice

It looks like the new guy will provide more random pops in tech and striking than the old guy but fewer defence and passing

Ask yourself, as a striker trainer - what is more important - striking and tech or passing and def?

IMO you should have waited till you promoted to III, you could afford a better coach then with Unearthly in Pace, Technique and Scoring.

i agree with wdp. I have a coach for training strikers who is unearthly in all 3 key stats, and costs a little less in wages than your new guy. noticed a real improvement on the randoms on the 2 not directly trained stats since switching to the multi-skilled coach

That makes sense, thing is, i've now got nearly £200k in the bank from a couple of sales, and i am prepared to make a loss every week on a decent coach.

I will only be training striker for a maximum of 8 weeks, as i have a few players who will make me some money with a couple of pops in STR.

I am not doing the full round trip for training strikers of pace and tech, and will train PM after.

I guess for an extra £2k a week, i can carry on training pace, with the ability to go on to STR after, and hopefully get better randoms in the mean time.

Less than £8k wage with 3 unearthly skills? I'd like to see that!

not really sure why you bothered to get the new coach at all then? you have the unearthly pace anyway, would it not have made more sense to go for a PM/PACE/PASS or PM/PACE/DEF or something to link into your mid field training?

sorry I was looking at the £14k paid - but that was for the transfer... doh! i pay just under £14k wage

But it would mean ditching the one you've explained to train STR. After i have trained striker i will probably ditch him and get one as you have explained.

I know i've got £200k, but getting one of those coaches is easier said than done!

I got this guy through skills select, I believe that you could afford this type of coach when you promote or even now by the sounds of it. All I did was put Magical in Technique, Scoring and Pace, with lower skills in both Stamina and Keeping to keep wages lower, the rest I left at random. I think I got this guy on the 3rd attempt. ;)

Greg Robinson, age: 38,
wage: 18 735 £
club: Longfield Tigers, country: England
incredible coach

Training effectiveness:
hopeless of stamina, outstanding of keeper
unearthly of pace, magical of defender
unearthly of technique, brilliant of playmaker
magical of passing, unearthly of striker

With the coach i have just bought, i am making around a £12k loss every 2 weeks, so i don't think i can afford him yet!

Perhaps if i promote to III i will splash on a similar coach.
