Subject: Assistant Coaches - what's better?

I've got limited funds for my assistant coaches, so I'm wondering is it better to keep my 2 original average assistants or to replace them with 1 excellent?

Obviously if I had more money I would get 2 (or 3) excellents, but I don't want to increase the total amount currently spent on assistants (realistically if I had spare cash I'd get a better junior coach).

I'd stick with 2 average ones. Actually I'd go for 3. You should be able to have very very low wages for those - and pick em up on the coach transfer list rather than recruiting
