Subject: Who do I keep?

Bit of advice sought - I'm in the process of trimming my squad down to 22 with an eye to the longterm.

I'm planning to train pace next season, then tech the season after.

I have two good srikers (for Div IV), but one is 31. I want to train on one of the players below to replace him and sell the other.

Who would you suggest I keep?

Jared Dowell, age 19
value: 49 350 £, wage: 600 £
very good form
average stamina, tragic keeper
very good pace, average defender
weak technique, unsatisfactory playmaker
good passing, adequate striker

or

Dom Tidcombe, age 18
value: 55 050 £, wage: 660 £
adequate form
very good stamina, tragic keeper
very good pace, poor defender
tragic technique, solid playmaker
tragic passing, solid striker

Suggestions welcome, or am I going about it the wrong way altogether?

You are doing the right thing mate, and I would train Tidcombe. he has better secondaries and after pace and tech striker will score you more goals.

I agree with JPK, Tidcombe has an extra year on Dowell too.
