one more thing, why do amazing striker at 34-5 years old with all other stats rubbish get a lot more than a adequate allrounder

They aren't NT material. If I were you, I'd buy some 17-19 year olds, and train those up, and keep these until the youngsters get better than them. Talented youngsters can pop every 2 weeks or so, so you could probably find a few that will be better than them fairly quickly.
