a (very good team who thrashed me 5-2) has just gone bankrupt for a period that means the account could be deleted within 8-13 days.
would the team lose all those players that are on the team and go back to the rubbish players you get when you start the game or keep them, just until the account gets replaced?

Depends on a country I guess...Some time ago in England teams were replaces after 17-20 days...I guess that period is longer now. Maximum is 50 days. Don`t know the average.

when does bankruptancy start????
2008-03-01 18:55:16
once you reach -300k
2008-03-01 18:57:01
Max debt: -150 000 £
Bankruptcy limit: -300 000 £

Teams that are about to declare bankruptcy (account balance less than -£300k) will be able to log on for 24 hours from the last log in.

This is to allow them to correct their bank balance - sell players, sack coaches etc. After 24 hours they cannot log in again, until the account balance improves sufficiently (account balance more than -£300k). If their account balance goes over that amount, they will then be able to log in as normal. However, if the account balance remains below -£300k for a period of 14 days, the team will be formally bankrupt...
