Yes you are.

As a III side i would expect you can afford that guy, (i presume he's your head coach) but you could do much better.

My head coach is costing only £3k per week more and has a total of 4 unearthly skills.

Yes, yes and yes. Especially the first and the third ones!!!
And yes, the rest are pretty horrifying :o|

Which ones your head coach/assistants/youth coach?

Thanks for your impatience guys ;-)

Timmy Scale is head coach as training pace and Lance Whizz is youth.

How should I go about searching for good but properly waged coaches? I can afford these guys but what skills should they be?

Basically Im spending 58K per week on coaches how good should they be?

Go by the minimum wage things per coach (i thin you've already seen it, but somebody will point you in the right direction).

Again in comparison, i have a formidable youth coach who costs me just over £6k per week, that's £4k per week less than your guy and mines better!

And again, you could do much better with your head coach. As a vague rule of thumb, you should be paying around £3.5k per unearthly skill.

OK so I should be able to afford 5 incredible coaches. Is there anyway I can insure their general apprasial will be that and if not what is the best way to make sure I get as close to what I want?

You'll have to ask elsewhere with that one, as i am not that adept at using the recruitment side of acquiring coaches.

I wouldn't go for 5 incredibles though, i know that.

I think you need to read over the rules again; general appraisal only (really) matters for the assistants and youth coach; for your head coach the lower (if you're saving money, anyway) the better. What you are looking for for the head coach is as many unearthly skills you can afford.

Also depends on your luck. I'm trying to get an incredible youth coach with wages of less than £12k. I saw one on the transfer list with £10k wages that i bid £150k on today but lost out.

I then lost patience and wasted £120k on the recruitment section and got nothing.

Totally depends on your luck, but with hindsight i would have probably got the other guy for under £200k and he was better.

I've now got neither and i'm £120k out of pocket!

If you went for one with £5K more wages, you'd be out of pocket after upto 40 weeks. You need to factor in how long you'll keep them for when paying lots for one with low wages.

Yup, well i figured that an incredible coach in IV will sort me out for at least 2 seasons as a youth coach, but then he could be an assistant when his job as a youth coach is over, so i'd be looking at keeping him for at least 5 seasons i would have thought.

In that case, the lower the wages, the better.

Anyone find that list of lowest wages/GA of coaches please?

No need, found it.
