Subject: Another Coach Question?

Im not really a newbie but cant seem to find the answer anywhere.
Ok ive had my head coachs sorted for a while now but now looking at improving my Assistants, ive currently got 3 excels, and wondering if:

A. How many Assistants should I have?
B. How much of a difference do they actually make?

basically trying to work out if upgrading the 3 I have to Formid or maybe outstanding is worth it? Or would getting another 2 excels be better use of the money, so have 5 excels? Or last option upgrade my main coach, hes allready Brilliant with Magical or better on everything and unearthly on what I train.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can only have 3 assistant coaches, so a big no no on the 5 assisants idea!

Yep, and how much is your main coach costing in wages? Once you've finished training the unearthly skill you might be better off finding another head coach with say 5 unearthly skills for the same wage.

The general consensus is that if you can afford to upgrade your assistants, then do it. The differences are subtle, but could potentially be worth maybe millions.

Someone who has got better assistants would be better to wait for, I keep mine at around formidable.

Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina, adequate of keeper
magical of pace, unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique, incredible of playmaker
unearthly of passing, incredible of striker

So if we can only have 3 Assistants could upgrading the 3 excels to outstanding save a weeks training over say 5 weeks? So a guy that normaly pops in 5 weeks pops in 4.
Or worth getting a better main coach, I thought he was pretty good I could afford to get a Magical one but not do both the Assistants and the main coach,

Ok here is the question.

Will it be more benificial to upgrade my 3 Assistants from Excel - Outstanding or Go all out and upgrade my current Head Coach as seen above for a Magical trainer with Uneartly everything, (Apart from Keeping)?

I don't think anyone could give certainty on that one.

upgrading the head coach will produce a slightly faster rate of randoms on Striker and PM in particular - will be expensive to find but will give flexibility in future changes of training if you plan to do Pm, etc

upgrading all your assistants will improve all pops slightly including your main training - might not be as expensive to recruit but will increase total wages more.

I'd upgrade assistants I think

Ahhh nice one, cheers dude, good job you said that as was just about to buy a new head coach but will hold fire for now and look at some Outstanding assistants :-)
