Subject: youth coaches

Just wondering if anyone has a preference on what level youth coach i can afford? on however much i get from sponsors now days.

Very Good / Excellent is about the best you should aim for when you've just started. See the thread on coaches' wages to get an idea of what a cheap wage should be for him.

And if you pull a coach, then insert half of the skills on very good, other part on excellent, then you should get the coach you want. The most important is that junior coach shouldn´t not have high single skills. That increases wage too much. If all skills are almost on same level, are equal, then wage is much much smaller.

Yep, listen to these guys ;o) i wouldn't aim to spend more than around £4000 per week in wages on your youth coach to begin with, until you settle in and get a good understanding of your finances.
