Robbie Segar good 26
to be honest i am NOT very patient and am bored of him after two weeks.
So i have TWO questions
1) Can he skip weeks, and is it like one extra week or possible 10 week jumps?
2) Whats the absolute minimum of possible talent? (e.g could he be a 2 week talent, as he popped after 1.5 weeks?)

Absolute minimum talent with an unearthly coach i think is deemed to be straight 3 week pop.

He cannot skip weeks, he will take 26 weeks before he will come out of youth squad.

IF he takes longer than 6 weeks to pop get rid of him i'd suggest.

What is your junior coach?

The first pop can be anything as low as 1 week, after that the minimum amount of time to increase is 3 weeks.

Depends on his coach, I'd say keep a 7 week popper based on what I think his YC will be!

He can't 'skip' weeks - if it says 30 weeks it'll take 30 weeks. You can't promote to the seniors early.

On the talent front, a sub 4-week popper is considered very talented, although it does depend on the level of your junior coach. I.e. if a guy pops a 4 weeks with a crap junior coach then he's really talented.

btw - your guy isn't 1.5 week talented, it's the first full pop-to-pop that you measure.

oh well.
i'm guessing the minimum weeks for divine junior is 28 if he pops first week

not bad.

there are cheaper wages for an incredible - but probably not worth the bother trying to save that £2000 a week unless you intend to have this guy for ages.

Mind you I still have my first incredible youth coach as an assistant after over 2 years - he has wages of 12.5k - so I have saved 300k compared to your guy!

hmmm.... maybe it is worth trying some more!
