Subject: Goals!

My team persistantly fail to convert as many chances as their opponents. What skills do I need to major on to improve my shooting rating?

form has a lot to do with it too.

your strikers need pace, tech and striker primarily

also I think its vital that you set an effective tactic... If the attackers are pressured they are less likely to hit the target!

and if they are shooting from acute angles.

You want them to shoot from the centre, somewhere near pen area.
