Subject: area ratings

I only got an 'unsatisfactory' defense rating at the weekend which seemed bad for a trio made up of; 1 solid, 1 very good, and 1 excellent. How much does stamina contribute towards ratings?

it is for all the players on the field weighted by how much of the defending they did

So their stamina has no effect?

to the extent that means they will be able to catch and tackle

stamina can be pretty important
but your unsatisfactory was because you were so dominant the defender did nothing and the mids and strikers did all the work

I don't trust those ratings... Many times I have beaten opponents who rate far higher than me.

Plus, the season I got promoted... I had the 5th highest average rating in my league! Plus my best defender, Freidrich Reuter always gets the lowest personal rating!
