No offence, but you'll get sod all randoms even if 15 assistants were allowed.

I upgraded to this guy early in the season and I now get at least 4 or 5 randoms every update...

Seriously though Steelers is right, plus if you are training Pace ideally you want Unearthly if you can in that area.

Yep, he looks the sex, if you can afford him. I have always taken the stance of getting a decent youth coach and head coach and then trainees after that. After all, it's no good getting trainees when they don't pop very quickly.

NCFC, he should definately come out at brilliant if he's popped in 4 weeks more than 2 weeks in a row; he should be worth a bundle.

As has steelers pointed out, get yourself a new head coach...he only has magical pace, and ideally you want the skill you are training to be unearthly on the coach.

...that's the hard bit isn't it, paying for him.

I had a coach a lot like NCFC's for my first 8 or 9 games - I think I got 1 if any randoms - it was only reading the forum that I realised that random pops were fairly normal with the right coach.

As you said, if you don't buy a decent coach what's the point of buying trainable players - may as well save your cash, buy late 20 somethings on the cheap - just don't expect them to improve!

He has popped at 4 weeks twice (with my graphs to prove it)

I just cross my fingers he is worth some serious cash, to help me build a better squad of players.

Basically, you will be very unlucky if he isn't worth at least £500k, and quite possibly a lot more.

Make sure you take screenshots of those graphs now!
