Well as my definitive opinion, I would get rid of the most expensive assistant, and get someone like this to replace:

Sorry NCFC I have changed my mind totally with regards to your 60k, based on the other thread you are far more in desperate need of a better Head Coach imo, one like Steelers.

The quicker you do that imo the better. I will have a scout around and see what I can come up with for you. ;)

Sells in 5 mins only 6k on TL. Wages are highish for an excellent but the general appraisal is not important really.

Curently at £0 on TL. I know the wages are higher but this would make sense than gettuing a 3rd assistant imo.

Took me until Wednesday to get over it - I was gutted! :)

Dominated possession and territory, out shot him 2 to 1, had 3 clean through 1-on-1's with his keeper and still failed to score :(

I've been really sad and worked out the promotion table plus future fixtures - I've dropped to 22nd so no auto-promotion as things stand, but...

...8 teams above have difficult last games against 2nd in their respective leagues whilst mine is against a bot team - so I live in hope!!!

It definately will be very tricky now...in my opinion it is simply a matter of luck who you get in your play-off. Hopefully, you will get a good chance, however, i finished as one of the top teams outside of auto-promotion last season and got a very ticky play-off.

My fingers are crossed for you!

It is hard for higher level players to understand the financial problems in league IV now.

Everyone in a higher league can rightly claim to have gone through the league IV hardship - but in the first few seasons things may have been a tad easier to achieve success than it is now.

I am sure it will twice as difficult for newbies in 10 seasons time as well, when us current batch of newbies have moved up a bit.

The game just naturally evolves - & gets better & tougher all the time.

For a lot of the veterans, there were only actually 3 leagues to begin with, so some have never had to go through IV as it turns out!

It is getting harder and harder for newbies, but that's only because the developers sometimes make a new series when a country isn't ready, or don't give enough money to IV and more to people in III and make play-off losses dreadful financially, etc etc...

LOL excuse me I started in IV, I just promoted quickly through the ranks, this is still only my 4th season in Sokker and thats why I am soundly being thumnped in II. ;)

Oi you, i know you started in IV...i don't class you as a veteran...by age perhaps, but not time on the game! :P

Take a look at this* NCFC...depending on what age your brilliant youth pull comes out, you could get in the region of £1.2m for him!

I do remember the days of fiddling with my finances and its hard going, but I still have to do it now just on a slightly larger scale, not much larger though to be fair.
