is it possible to open a juniour school for a week? then close the juniour school after juniours join (because they are rubbish) and not get charged for the juniour school that same week.

i.e. no cost for the juniour scool?

no because you have to have it open on a Saturday for the juniors, and the financial updates are on Saturday.
