When a player is ready to be brought in to the senior squad has anybody left him in the juniors to check his talent. e.g. I have a junior that is ready after 4 weeks /--- is it worth keeping him in to see if the 5th week is a pop to get talent?
Doesnt work like that, he will just stay as he is until you pull him.
