After a lot of messing around, i think I've managed to slightly improve my coaching setup, although its still pretty poor. But I've got a Junior on solid skill level with 23 weeks left, will he develop into something decent?

It all depends on what his talent is like. But a solid 23 if he has 5 week talent, will come out as a Outstanding as a minimum, but even if he has 6 week talent he will be a formidable junior when he is ready to be promoted. Best way to check his talent is make a note of when he nexts pops, then check to see how many weeks until he pops again. That will give you a general idea of his talent, check 2 or 3 pops to get a better idea though.

Depends entirely on how talented he is.

If he was a 5 week popper you could get an incredible youth pull - so likely to be decent
