Subject: training junior in first team

If a player has 5 weeks talent in the junior school (incredible youth coach),
how long will it take for him to pop one level of pace in the senior squad?


Is it 5 weeks as well, or less than 5 weeks?


Does it take the same amount of time for technique training (as compared to pace)?


(head coach has unearthly level in trained skill)

loads of pace data. assume a range of talent between 3 - 6 in ys. pace takes the longest of all skills to train

I would say 5 weeks with incredible coach is just over average talent, and i would say that the spreadsheet linked in the thread dylanos gave you would be pretty similar (assuming most people train slightly over averagely talented players).

Therefore, it should give you all the information you need as it is skill and age dependant.
