Subject: Youth pop rtes

I have a junior who's popped 5, 4, 4 so far.

Is it reasonable to assume all his future pops will be no worse than 5, so that I can fairly accurately forecast his finish level?

I've never had 2 full pops (in the youths) that are more than 1 week apart...has anybody had this?
