Subject: Promotion/relegation

Major shock, I'm top of the league with one game to go: is there any way I can see how likely it is that I will be promoted outright, and how I can tell how I'm comparing to other league-topping teams?

Here (scroll to the last message for the latest table) At the moment you're just outside the top 30 for league leaders in Div IV.

The top 16 auto-promote, the rest have a play-off against a team from Div III. It's unlikely with a week to go you'll squeeze in to the top 16, but so long as you win your last game you're safe for a play-off!

much to my amazement as this is my first season & my team is not very good, i got auto promotion!

i am sure i will get beaten by loads of goals every match, so to comfort me a lot, how much sponsorship money will i get each week?

it would be nice to save up some money to buy a new good player or 2 at the end of what is going to be a very difficult season of karen bashing

Firstly, congratulations... ...and you never know, I went up thinking the same thing and finished 2nd, but I got lucky with a weaker div III.

It really depends on the strength of your new division - I'd gamble on an absolute worst case of 45k a week, best case 60k a week.

It was 59k for me when I promoted last season :)
