If a 24 year old takes 7 week to pop from solid to very good pace, is he an average talent or a lousy talent?

The pace training data I've came across in some other thread seem to contain data of very good talents. I've never had trainees pop at the rates mentioned in those data.

I would say 7 weeks for a 24 yr old is not too bad.

I would say that's ok too. I trained two 24yo's in pace last season, and one took 7 weeks to excellent, the other took 7 weeks to solid. They are both players from my original squad but i think the former has ok talent. That pace spreadsheet should be pretty accurate, though the talent there is likely to be a bit above average and with better coaches. The more records i can get from all sorts of users and therefore coaches the more accurate it will be
