Subject: Random pop skill in training

I want to know what is the best for random pops in training whether the attributes of the main coach or attributes of the 3 assistants.
I currently train speed with formidable coach. 2 assistants are excellent and 1 is outstanding. Is it a waste of money to have 1 assistant who is better than main coach?
Isn't it better to have just main coach with 5 unearthly attributes and forget assistants?

1. Make sure the head coach is unearthly in the skill you're training.
2. If the head coach has high skills in other, non-trained, areas then these will general pop quicker. I think this has more effect than the assistants, but they are important too.
3. Assistants' general appraisal is the only thing that matters (and low wages!). The higher this is the more they will help both trained and general pops. It's better to have them than not, as they help maximise all training, but the head coach is the most important one of all of them.

Completely agree.

agree.

very hard to provide definite comment on whether it's better to have some assistants, or spend the extra wages on better "secondaries" for the primary coach.

My general comment would be that in sokker, each extra skill level is a little narrower than the last - i.e the difference between magical and unearthly is smaller than adequate to good.

However wage differences between magical and unearthly are much bigger than adequate to good.

Therefore I'd always personally recommend you have 3 assistants - even if dirt cheap average / adequate average rating who will cost less than £1000 per week each. If necessary even a weak guy for say £100 will be worth it.

I reckon anyhow.
