Does anybody know if you need a junior coach to actually get any juniors on a Saturday?
no needed ... he is only necessary to get them trained
i started my junior school last week & i got these players. do they look ok to keep?

The first one isn`t nothing spectacular, because he has only 10 weeks left, but Gerry and Antony seem nice. But you may keep´em all. Observe how talented they are.
if it was me the first one would be sacked but i would keep the other 2
He could still be a talented solid 17yo youth. I would keep him and if you don't get a pop within a few weeks sack him.
