Hard to say that one. I might argue it matters on what skill you are relating to.

I had a 2x outstanding defender in hopeless form that easily did the job for me, moreso than a 2x excellent in form.

If it was striker i might be tempted to play the outstanding form guy, although outstanding isn't extremely high, and neither is the skill; very good.

In summary, i don't know :o)
