Subject: How to beat a team playing 4-3-3 :D

Hi, I'm very new to this game :), I hope you can help me out for the first match
My opponent is gonna play 4-3-3 like this :

So, I dont know how can I set my orders to eliminate his attack power and operate counter-attack to gain victory :)
Please help me asap, its coming to the match soon

Now it`s late to give any advice on that game, but the most important if you want to win matches...you have to learn how to make tactics. Those default ones are crap:)
