Subject: Passing on Defenders

I know this has been discussed a bit, and I believe a couple of teams tried it this season..? Does passing on defenders train as well as passing on mids? the rules are really unclear on this. Am planning for next season...

I did it for a bit last season and it seemed the same as MID training from a weeks per pop point of view.
