Subject: Change currency

Hi - I'm an English newbie who's got a team in Mexico because that's my country of residence these days. Could someone tell me how I can change my default currency? I'm looking through newbie guides in English and everything is very confusing financially as the references are in pounds whereas my money is in pesos!

Oh, in that case then i think you've found a flaw in our guides. Could a mod or the owner go thru them using the money tag?

Actually, rather than your guides being the issue, it was more of a request for me to change the currency I use within sokker - so it would show pounds rather than Mexican pesos on my player pages and on the transfer market

I'm not entirely sure that is possible, i think it is dictated by where you are.

It is possible however like jimmy has said that we can go through the guides and use the money tag (this will then show up as an equivalent amount whomever looks at it)

of course, if you hadn't knocked off that bank you wouldn't have had to flee to mexico and so would not be in this predicament in the first place. you've only yourself to blame.

:) True, but all I've ever wanted is to be a millionaire. Admittedly being in Mexican pesos, it means I own around 500 quid - but then robbing Lehman Brothers once they went bump wasn't the cleverest thing in hindsight.
