Subject: Juniors

I've opened up 6 slots in my junior academy. Do I need to do anything else to make it functional? The only coach I currently have, for example, is a main coach as I'm only training stamina and as he's unearthly at that I take it that was all I need to do for the time being. However, doubts have set in and I imagine I would need a juniors coach to make my academy a going concern. If so, what type of junior coach should I be looking for?

You don't need a coach for juniors to join - which they'll do this Thursday.

But you're right, you do need a coach for the juniors to improve. I'd suggest you want a Junior coach with an appraisal of very good or excellent overall (if you can afford the wage).

The important thing is it doesn't matter what their individual skills are - it's only the coach's overall skill level that matters for the junior coach.

So buy the best coach you can afford medium term, but with the cheapest wage for his skill level.

Thanks very much. The only issue I had was to try to work out how much 10k would be in Mexican pesos!

I believe Mexican money on sokker is approximately 20x the english value.

If in doubt though, do [money=3 ]3450[ /money] without the spaces, send it in a mail to yourself and you will get that value in mexican
