Hi, new player here.
I've had a look at the rules and a quick look on the forums but I haven't found an answer to this question - what is the maximum number of midfielders I can train every week?
I understand that I can only play a max of 5 in one game, but does this mean if I play 5 for the league game then a different 5 for the friendly I'll train 10 players?
Or is there a cap? Or does it only train the last match's 5 players?
Thanks in advance.

Basically you cant have more than:
- 5 players with the DEF order
- 5 players with the MID order
- 3 players with the ATT order
during a game. You'll notice you have to have a combination of the above because you cant have more than 11 players on the field obviously.
Then depending on what you're training it caps the number of player that get trained.
- 2 GK/week (1 league / 1 friendly)
- 10 DEF (5 league / 5 friendly)
- 10 MID (5 league / 5 friendly)
- 6 ATT (3 league / 3 friendly)
- x stamina (everybody get stamina training regardless if they play or not so it depends on the size of your squad)
- 22 Pace (11 league / 11 friendly)
- 10 Tech (5 league / 5 friendly)
- 10 Passing ( 5 league / 5 friendly)
Now you need to know (and read the rules again) for example that Tech train more efficiently on player with MID order, same applies to Passing and so on...
Only the last game counts towards training (to make it clear so if the player plays the league games but not the friendly, the league game is taken into account and training will be received).

Gents! Look at this. A chappie from Oz has answered a question correctly in Newbie England.
Shame on us. Its like beating us at .... C`mon England!

Nah. We always used to get the Aussies to do our hard work...
Indeed but then they get too good at it!
At least most of their beer is still naff.

I've drank more beer in 2yrs here than 8yrs in England, it's a question of taste I guess... or is it the heat?!
On the other hands beer ads on tv are hilarious here..

This part is not entirely correct, though:
...for example that Tech train more efficiently on player with MID order, same applies to Passing and so on...
The rules say:
Training of defending (tackling the ball)
You can select the position that will train defending most effectively during the week, you can choose among ATT, MID and DEF. The remaining positions train slower.
Training of technique
Similar to defending, it is most intensively trained by the position selected for the current week.
