Subject: coaches retiring....

Any idea what age it happens? is it random? Anyone had a coach retire on them?

It hasn't been implemented yet. There are calls to get it in action though, as the amount of money the top end teams have to spend gets higher and higher...

what's the most amount of coaches i am allowed? is it one junior, one main and three assistants?

You can only have 1 head and junior coach but you can have as many assistants as you like. 3 is the widely agreed number here.

although 4 or more risks you losing training - 3 is the safe maximum
