ramer [del] to All
what's the difference between a normal transfer and a transfer advertisement? and how do i bid on a player on the advertisements list?

you can't bid, but the owner is probably eagerly awaiting your sk-mail with an inflated offer

what's the chances of a person offering one price, then when you put them up for transfer, they dont offer the price you wanted?

so u dont have to sell them after the advertisement goes up - so it can be used as a kind of valuation tool?

The Transfer Advertisement tool bears more fruit for high end players or players worth lots of dough.

It gives anyone interested in him time to raise funds if they really like him, while obviously keeping the seller informed.

but you have to trust that they'll cough up the money once you put him on the list, for the amount that was quoted by the buyer, correct.

and if they're outbid by another person whilst on the Transfer list, it is up to them to pay more?

As Vancian says, there is no guarentee they will bid what they say, but i would say 95% of people will. Just make sure it is a firm decision.

Whether they bid more is up to them, this is what you have to factor in when accepting the listing price etc etc. You need to happy enough with it that, should nobody else bid, you wouldn't feel that the price is robbed.
