Subject: Form question

How much does form affect a players perfomance?
and does it affect training?

Form is a big factor and affects a lot. My only available striker is in hopeless form, should be fun to see him playing on Sunday.

No effect on training.

Form definitely affects performance, but exactly how much is debatable. I think most users agree that it's particularly important to have players in form for positions like striker - otherwise they tend to miss a lot!!

E.g I'd play a striker in divine form with excellent striker skill over a striker in poor form with formidable striker skill (assuming their other skills were comparable)

Most of my team are either in top form or rock bottom form and I needed some help on it :)

That's pretty much the same state as my players are in. I suspect we are under some sort of hidden rule that dictates some kind of average form on the team. If you have players in top form you will also have players with quite low form. But it might be a bit far-fetched....
