Subject: problems watching match

i have a new laptop and i was wondering why i cant watch my matches,everything else loads up ok but when i click on match it loads up but then i just have a blank white screen.....no team sheets no pitch.does anyone have a solution to my problem?what should i do?

i will try this later then when im home.ive had nothing but grief from this bloody laptop.grrrr
