Subject: good div 4 manager looking for active new player who needs help.

well yeah obv if i face someone that much better than me then i dont hope to win rele do i. i always play for damage limitation if i believe i stand little chance of winning. today i face div 2 team and its gonna be interesting. however the basic short and long term plan was to get established, get fans and maximise my weekly income before i move onto training so that then i can definately afford it whilst still making hopefully a small profit seasonally on non player sale income

i started readying up for a training system around a week ago and last night i got 3 of the coaches i need. now i need a suitable head coach and possibly one more assistant then i will have 4 solid assistants and a relevant head coach (crap at everything but pace) and a better than nothing solid youth coach.

my point is: you can't really get established until you train - you aren't getting anywhere until you start training. The amount of income from training is vastly greater than from any other source

Spending money on anything other than trainees just reduces the amount available for your training programme when you finally realise you need one and delays the moment at which your team is anything other than bunch of rubbish players

do not hire too many assistants. If you hire more than 3, they will argue, resulting in training being less effective, or even lost.

3 assistants max or you lose training

yeah well after gettin my 3 yesterday i have now 3 solids (one is head coach until i get my head coach at 18:50 sk time) then i will sack my other 2 crap ones and i will have the three solid assistants and 1 skill specific head coach and my "it will do" solid youth coach. but gettin established has helped coz im top with about as many fans as i could have gotten by now and a decent arena. im now focusing 100% on my training as i am stable and can afford it now. only bummer is that it takes like 6 weeks per pop most likely
