I opened my Junior school last season. I have 3 players that pop every 4 weeks with an incredible coach. Is that very good talent?

yes

you might estimate that with an unearthly coach they would pop in under 3.5 - which is the gold standard

I have a 2 trainee's in my school. One of them pops every 3.5 weeks and the other every 4 weeks. The 3.5 man is upto outstanding with 5 weeks left.
My first team are all worth less than 100k so should I put this new kid straight into the first team as soon as he has finished in the school. Will he eventually be worth alot of money? Im 105k in debt and would like to get this cleared so I can start running the club at a profit as my interest is causing me to run at a loss

YES.. that Junior is very valuable for that talent. :) Lets hope he comes out with nice distribution of skills.

you never know until the pull - might be worth lots - bound to be worth more than 105K though unless you are very unlucky

As for playing or selling - it depends how he fits what you train

Im very new to this game so still learning. My youth coach is excellent who is training him. I tend to leave my 1st team coach training the same attribute for 5 or 6 weeks at a time before changing it.

i had an outstanding with proven sub 4 talent sell for 20k - age and distribution can kill the greatest hopes :(
