Subject: Age of coaches

After succesfully purchasing a magical coach, I have found myself with one too many assistants, all of the same appraisal

I can either sack the one with the highest wage (by only £100 or so) or sack the oldest one... Does age make a difference with coaches?

What should I do?

Coaches are meant to retire but they haven't implemented it. As th difference in wage is negligible, i'd sack the older one just in case they do.
