Also, i realise i need more youths. I have 12 in the pipeline but this is my 1st season with a big youth setup so i just have to wait for them to filter through

You ideally want a coach with pace and defence unearthly and the lowest wage possible.
If that seems expensive stick to just the unearthly defence and save up.

If you wait for your own youths you could be waiting years, go buy trainees with some defence and pace and a bit of passing, tech and pm. They shouldn't cost much. As your own youths arrive flog them off and pocket the profit.

The only thing that matters for your junior coach is his overall skill level. Distribution is irrelevant.
