Looks like the previous owner bought a keeper, but didn't bring him in. He's now automatically joined my team, at the joyous wage of £6k a week!

The blighter won't go on the market though, so guess i'll just have to sack?!

Yeah Jimmy sack him.! I learnt the hard way that it’s easy to but dirt cheap players but horrible wages….Often newbie players have higher wages per week than the transfer fees.

Even less crazily, I have had a player last season who got something like 20 day injury..cost me less than £1000, weekly wage more than that so simply sacked him.
