Subject: Retiring players ...

Hi all,
just a quick question:
is there any benefit here from retaining "old" players and letting them retire from the team?

- ie, I'm thinking of other games I play where retiring players either become club staff (trainers/scouts) - or send their "sons" along to the youth academy - meaning you get a free youth player into your squad.

Or, should I just sack/sell my golden oldies to save on the wage budget?

Yeah hat trick you could convert players to be coaches. Doesn’t exist here (unless I’ve forgotten….)

I sack players I can’t sell.
