This only available for managers with plus, but if you have an Academy Player with good talent you can add great value to the player when you sell them if you are able to show the talent to Purchasers. Courtesy of The Goat this is a guide on how to do so.....
1) Using plus, click on the trained skill / youth level (before promoting the player).
2) Use print screen to take a picture of the graph (print screen is the key next to F12), Copy and paste this image file into something like paint.
3) Crop to remove unwanted/unneeded bits.
4) Save this file and then upload to something like photobucket.
5) Then use the following in the players comment / forum. [url=www.***.com/345345] Players name[ /url ]
The link above will not work without taking out the spaces, but it certainly helps to add value, which is very important for all new managers especially when the economy is so tough.

i just tried this for my fist time, but the link takes me to a page which says the file no longer exists.
but from that page there's a few more links and 1 takes me to the graph.
shouldn't it just bring up the graph straight away, or is it the same for everyone else.

I had a few problems at the start. I'll have a check out and see if I can help, there maybe others mor experienced at doing this that will be able to help you easier though.

What you really want is:

You can find the web address of just the picture by right clicking on the image and taking the address from that.
A side note for all us poor people who haven't got plus (definately recommended). Using the above technique (and a program which can show talent of juniors e.g. Apollo, Sokker Organiser etc. [N.B. links to these programs can be found in the Sokker International forums]) , the talent can be pasted into a transfer topic on the relevant transfer forums (see Transfers England/Transfers International for examples) to allow people to see the talent of your player.
Incidently posting on a transfer topic can be a very good way of getting interest in any players you want to sell (unless they really are that bad).
