Subject: problem?

Ok i have a question, recently I upgraded all my assistant coaches( i have 3 of them) and in the last 2 weeks received no random pops.....but before that with much weaker assistant coaches i was getting anywhere from 2-4 sth even 5 random pops, so did i do sth wrong or do the new coaches need time to settle in or are these random pops so random that i was so unlucky to get any past 2 weeks??? Anybody have an answer? Thanx!

My understanding is that random pops are primarily the responsibility of the head-coach. Up-grading your assistants may help a little, but certainly won't hurt.
