Subject: Junior coach

At what stage in my development should I consider upgrading my excellent junior coach? What level should I upgrade him to?

Unearthly.. go for the gold lovely!!!! yo can do it!! =P

I kept my excellent for a couple of seasons, then jumped to outstanding. Had him for a while ... before I bumped him for a brilliant (my current coach).

Depends on your books. I was overly cautious with my coaches.

Yeah I would think try and aim for the best coach you can afford now without breaking bank...
