There are very few pros to training keeper. :) I believe only masochists do it. The only real positive I can see is that it's "low maintenance". As Lovely points out, it's a slow way to improve your team & to fill make money.

We're been fortunate to always have a Canadian manager or two willing to "bite the bullet" for the sake of the NT by training up some Canadians.

And, as expected, I can't seem to get it to work.

It recognizes me, just doesn't seem to be any data at all.....

Perhaps I should stick to free cell, and old person naps.....

EDIT: fiddling around with it and now I have data.....calendar and junior tables are screwed up though. With calendar I added a season but instead of 17 it came up 18...and snow balled from there. Now I can't get the end bracket to the end of the last season.....

This is a bit off topic, but it's a small question to start a whole thread about it: Does the main coach ONLY train in the skill you select?

For example, should I find the cheapest coach with high pace if that is what I want to train? Or should I find a well rounded one?

He trains mainly pace and around 10% on the other skills. So if you are training pace and your coach has excellent technique, 10 weeks will be the same for technique as if you had trained technique for one week.
If you are training pace, try and find a cheap coach with unearthly pace.

Ok, thank you :) Also, do the other players other than the ones I selected to train (for example, if I chose mid, do the att, def and goalie) train even close to the main selected position?

Does it help to have more than one assistant coaches?

It helps, but how much isnt really known. Starting out, you shouldn't spend much money on assistants. Keep their wages very low.
Focus on the main skill of your main coach. That is by far the most important.
