is it common to have a player for twenty two weeks to have pretty much tragic form? it's moved a little but only once has made it to unsatisfactory and that was for one week too.

I had a player like that in my first 2 seasons playing this game, his form never ever got more than unsatisfactory, and he was a good talented player as well, so yeah it's possible. And since nobody knows how form exactly works, I can't tell you when you can expect his form to rise.....

The form has been spotted to increase once the player is sold generally...
I had a case where my patience ran out and sold the beast.
